2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the milbat platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria without exception:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by milbat or any affiliated responsible gaming programme.
• You are not acting as an agent on behalf of any third party for the purposes of placing bets or accessing casino games.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, or immediate family member of a milbat employee, contractor, or affiliate partner.

milbat enforces age verification procedures at various stages of the player journey, including at the point of withdrawal. Any player who provides false information regarding their age during registration will have their account permanently closed. All funds in such an account at the time of closure, including any winnings accrued, will be forfeited and will not be returned.

milbat reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity from any player at any time. Players are required to provide such documentation promptly upon request. Failure to do so within the timeframe specified by milbat support may result in account suspension pending verification.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of milbat services, including deposits, betting, casino games, and withdrawals, you must register a player account. Registration is free of charge. Each individual is permitted to hold one account only. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts without refund.

3.1 Registration Requirements

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. milbat relies on this information for identity verification, payment processing, and responsible gaming enforcement. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your milbat login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party under any circumstances. milbat will not be liable for any losses or damages arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify milbat support immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay.

3.3 KYC Verification

As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations, milbat may request identity documents including a government-issued photo ID (such as a National ID card or passport), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. milbat handles all KYC documentation in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

3.4 Account Accuracy

You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change. milbat reserves the right to suspend or close an account where the registered information is found to be inaccurate, outdated, or inconsistent with KYC documentation. All communications from milbat will be directed to the email address registered on your account; you are responsible for ensuring this address remains current and accessible.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

milbat supports a range of local Bangladeshi payment methods to make deposits and withdrawals as convenient as possible for players across the country. All transactions on the milbat platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳).

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

milbat currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, and BRAC Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time and is subject to change without prior notice. milbat does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the name on your payment method must match the name registered on your milbat account.

4.2 Deposit Terms

Deposits are credited to your milbat account balance upon confirmation of receipt. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction within the milbat cashier. milbat does not charge fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which milbat accepts no liability.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. milbat aims to process withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad within a few hours of approval during operational hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are stated within the cashier interface. milbat reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may temporarily extend processing time.

4.4 Currency & Exchange

All milbat account balances are held in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). milbat does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion required by your payment provider is entirely the responsibility of the player and is not within milbat's control.

4.5 Fraudulent Transactions

milbat employs automated fraud detection systems to monitor all deposit and withdrawal activity. Any suspected fraudulent, unauthorised, or suspicious transaction will result in the immediate suspension of the relevant account pending investigation. milbat cooperates fully with payment providers and relevant authorities in the investigation of financial irregularities.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

milbat offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions timed to Bangladesh-relevant events such as BPL season, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and major ICC cricket tournaments.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements stated at the time of the offer. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the applicable bonus terms before claiming any offer. Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived funds or winnings can be withdrawn. 5.2 Welcome Bonus

New milbat players may be eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 on their first qualifying deposit. The welcome bonus is available to verified players aged 18 and above who have not previously held a milbat account. Full terms, including minimum qualifying deposit amount, eligible payment methods, wagering requirements, and expiry period, are stated on the promotions page at the time of offer.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

milbat strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim welcome offers more than once, placing offsetting bets to exploit bonus wagering requirements, colluding with other players to fulfil wagering requirements, and using automated betting systems in connection with bonus funds. Detection of bonus abuse will result in the cancellation of the relevant bonus and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

5.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Offers

milbat reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time, with or without notice. milbat also reserves the right to exclude individual players from specific promotions at its sole discretion. milbat's decision on all bonus and promotional matters is final.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the milbat platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate.

• Match Fixing & Integrity Violations: Placing bets in connection with any sporting event the outcome of which has been improperly influenced, or participating in any conspiracy to fix, manipulate, or corrupt the outcome of any match or game offered on the milbat sportsbook.
• Fraudulent Deposits: Using stolen, cloned, or otherwise fraudulently obtained payment credentials to fund a milbat account.
• Money Laundering: Using the milbat platform to launder, conceal, or transfer the proceeds of any illegal activity.
• Cheating Software: Using bots, automated scripts, prediction algorithms, or any other software tool designed to gain an unfair advantage in casino games or sports betting.
• Multi-Accounting: Registering, operating, or using more than one milbat account, whether directly or through a third party.
• Unauthorised Commercial Use: Using the milbat platform for any commercial purpose, including operating as an agent or broker for third-party bettors, without express written authorisation from milbat.
• Platform Interference: Attempting to interfere with, hack, or disrupt the normal functioning of the milbat website, servers, APIs, or databases.
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct directed at milbat staff, support agents, or other players.

milbat's risk and compliance team monitors platform activity continuously. Where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, milbat may freeze account funds pending investigation. Players under investigation will be notified where it is safe and appropriate to do so.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the milbat platform — including but not limited to the milbat brand name and logo, website design, graphics, colour schemes, layouts, typography, software, databases, game content (excluding third-party provider content), text, and marketing materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of milbat or is used under licence from the relevant rights holder.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the milbat platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not constitute a transfer of any intellectual property rights and does not grant you permission to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any milbat content in any form without express prior written consent;
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on milbat's proprietary content or software;
• Use any milbat brand name, logo, or trademark in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or partnership without written authorisation;
• Scrape, spider, or systematically extract data from the milbat platform using automated tools.

Game content provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi remains the intellectual property of the respective providers and is governed by their individual licensing arrangements with milbat. milbat makes no warranty regarding the continuous availability of any specific third-party game title.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, milbat, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the milbat platform.

Without limiting the foregoing, milbat specifically disclaims liability for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of access to the platform due to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond milbat's reasonable control;
• Any inaccuracies in odds, prices, or game outcomes resulting from technical errors, provided that milbat takes reasonable steps to correct such errors promptly upon detection;
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information or content published on the milbat platform;
• Any tax liability or legal consequence arising from your participation in gambling activities under the laws of your jurisdiction.

milbat provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You use the platform at your own risk and are responsible for ensuring that your device and internet connection are adequately protected.

In no event shall milbat's aggregate liability to any player for all claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Account Suspension & Closure

milbat reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where milbat has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The player's account has been involved in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity;
• The player has provided false or misleading registration or KYC information;
• Account security has been compromised and closure is necessary to protect the player's funds;
• The player is or has become ineligible to use the platform (for example, due to age or self-exclusion);
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or the safety of other players.

9.1 Voluntary Closure

Players who wish to close their milbat account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a voluntary closure request, milbat will process any pending withdrawals of verified funds in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures, subject to satisfactory completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and wagering obligations on active bonuses.

9.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that gambling is becoming a problem are strongly encouraged to make use of milbat's self-exclusion tools, available through the account settings or by contacting support. Self-exclusion options include temporary cooling-off periods (24 hours to 6 weeks) and permanent exclusion. milbat takes self-exclusion requests seriously and will process them promptly. Players under self-exclusion will not receive marketing communications from milbat during the exclusion period.

9.3 Effect of Closure

Upon closure of an account (whether voluntary or involuntary), your licence to access the milbat platform is immediately revoked. Any bonus balances or bonus-derived winnings remaining in the account at the time of closure will be forfeited. Real-money balances in closed accounts are handled in accordance with the specific circumstances of the closure and milbat's internal compliance procedures.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. milbat operates as a platform serving the Bangladeshi online gaming market and conducts its activities with a commitment to fair play, transparency, and player protection.

10.1 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute regarding any aspect of your milbat account, a transaction, a game outcome, a bonus award, or any other matter governed by these Terms, you should contact milbat's customer support team in the first instance at [email protected]. The support team will acknowledge your complaint and aim to provide a substantive response within five (5) business days (Bangladesh Standard Time).

Where a complaint cannot be resolved at the first support level, it will be escalated to milbat's compliance and disputes team for further review. milbat is committed to resolving all player disputes fairly and transparently. Decisions reached by the milbat compliance team following a full investigation are final and binding, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

10.2 No Waiver

milbat's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of milbat's right to enforce that provision in the future. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

10.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the milbat Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable bonus terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and milbat with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings between the parties relating to the same subject matter.
